Key Responsibilities
- Prioritize daily engagement in safety practices and ensure compliance across all logistics operations.
- Oversee the entire logistics delivery process, ensuring adherence to release schedules, waves, picking, kitting, shipping, manufacturing receiving, and material delivery.
- Manage the receipt and storage of inbound materials efficiently and effectively.
- Handle any exception and non-standard processes within the logistics framework, such as DMR, RVN, SSC, NSSC, Indirect, etc.
- Monitor all overnight logistics operations closely and implement corrective measures to address any defects or issues that may impact the aforementioned processes.
- Escalate any significant defects or issues to senior leadership as necessary.
- Lead and direct Continuous Improvement efforts in collaboration with senior management, aligning them with AOP goals.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer escalations regarding overnight issues.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive shift pass down for senior management review.
- Collaborate closely with functional managers to enhance performance and achieve KPIs during the overnight shift.
- Assist in overseeing employees and acting as an overnight manager when the M2 Manager is not available. The night M2 managers will have a dotted line reporting structure to this M4.

U.S. Salary Range:
$104,000.00 - $143,000.00
The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.
For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
