We are looking for a professional with high analytical capacity, creativity, and strong interpersonal skills to join the Worldwide Sales Finance Organization. The position requires the ability to complete complex financial and demand analysis, work cross functionally and with local teams in region, develop and execute business strategies, and recommend and present business updates to executive leaders.
Description
- Own the WW Sales demand plan for multiple lines of business taking into consideration a dynamic global environment. Drive automation and improvement in forecast data quality and adoption of reporting tools & dashboards. - Partner closely with sales, finance, product marketing and supply demand management on demand / market trends and key sales initiatives to navigate the business forward and provide executive updates. - Provide analytical support for weekly sales operating cadence. Establish reporting and models to evaluate performance, coordinate with sales and finance team to report performance, respond to ad-hoc questions. - Influence various teams and be comfortable being the central point of contact across teams and geographies. Present analysis and findings to senior executives across Sales and Finance.

Minimum Qualifications
- 7+ years sales/finance/business development related work experience
- 2+ years proven experience managing, developing and coaching as leader of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or other quantitative field
Preferred Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to conduct complex, data driven analysis
- Experience developing processes and/or improving existing processes, with desire to influence change across teams and organizations
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate results of analysis in easy to understand business terms
- Strong prioritization skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Thrive in a fast-pace, demanding environment
- Must be able to think strategically on critical business issues, while simultaneously possessing the ability to act tactically to execute against them
- MBA, or relevant advanced Degree highly preferred.
Pay & Benefits
- At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $146,800 and $220,900, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
