We are searching for a Business Analyst to join our global Places Finance team. The ideal candidate will have strong operational experience in developing reporting solutions and will have business process re-engineering experience - assessing project and process approaches, issues, and mitigating risks. A successful Business Analyst will be able to look beyond the current process and refine, define, iterate, and implement systems and processes that align with the organization's strategic goals, while anticipating future business needs. The ideal candidate is highly organized, flexible and calm in the face of ambiguity, adaptable to rapidly changing requirements and business needs. This is a key role in the team to ensure that strong project and reporting solutions are developed to provide business insights across the Real Estate portfolio and will require the successful candidate to build strong knowledge of Real Estate systems. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the implementation of new systems and processes, he/she will partner closely with key business partners in IS&T, Procurement, Real Estate business teams and Global Business Solutions to ensure we are delivering insightful reporting to our customers both internally and externally.

Description
- Act as a key liaison regarding project and reporting solutions between multiple Apple business partners including IS&T, Places, Procurement, Finance, and Global Business Solutions - Excellent communication skills and ability to deliver impactful presentations at all levels of the organization. - Are able to recognize major blockers and issues early, raise them, and strategize contingency plans and solutions. - Have a proven track record for efficient collaboration with teams within and outside of your organization. - Proactive with proven ability to translate analytical outcomes and technical roadblocks between business owners and technical teams. - Establish processes and relevant infrastructure to capture and analyze key data regarding RE&D operations and performance - Perform financial analytics and establish metrics and KPI's and SLA's - Drive process improvement initiatives and system enhancements
Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in Finance or in related functions such as reporting analytics or Tableau development
- BA or BS in accounting, Finance or equivalent experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Ability to implement scalable, standard processes and system automation
- Demonstrate a high level of understanding of the project lifecycle and effectively communicate project status and requirements
- Anticipate potential problems and work proactively to provide and implement solutions to a wide range of global, cross-functional issues
- Strong EDW experience
- Exceptional UAT experience
- Proven ability of developing project plans and executing through internal and external partners
- Experience in defining and measuring operational metrics
- Accounting and Finance background required to facilitate converting data into actionable information
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to a global, fast-paced environment
- Advanced skills in BI tools, i.e. Tableau, Tableau Prep, FileMaker, etc
- Excellent Excel skills, Macro/VBA preferred
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems (SAP), ServiceChannel, and Tririga a plus
- SAP HANA experience preferred
- PMI/PMP certification or other project certifications a plus (I.e Agile, Six Sigma, etc)
Pay & Benefits
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $133,900 and $201,300, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
