Description
As a Developer Marketing Manager, you'll work with developers and partners to drive developer growth and success. You'll work collaboratively to design and execute launch and sustained engagement campaigns for Arcade's games, and create internal processes and tools to enhance performance across the catalog. This requires building effective relationships both inside and outside of Apple, and applying knowledge of Arcade and the gaming industry to advance Arcade's goals through our developer ecosystem.
- 5-10+ years of partner marketing experience for a leading gaming company, including direct engagement with game developers
- Demonstrated success developing strategic, comprehensive gaming partner campaigns that drive business impact
- Deep experience with partner collaboration and account management, aligning goals and objectives externally and internally to execute a broad range of marketing initiatives
- Proven ability to utilize data to guide marketing strategy, execution, and optimization
- Ability to manage multiple projects and partner initiatives effectively and simultaneously
- Outstanding communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of and passion for mobile games
Preferred Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships across an organization
- Experience negotiating and building strong relationships with brand/IP owners and licensors
- Experience with end-user focused marketing campaign planning, execution and measurement
- Strong presentation abilities, written and verbal, to all levels of an organization
- Degree in related field of study or equivalent experience preferred
Pay & Benefits
- At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $108,200 and $206,700, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple's Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
