The Partner Success Manager is responsible for the success of our Service Partner ecosystem to deliver an exceptional services and support experience to our Cornerstone customers. You will be a key team member by advocating for our Partners, while ensuring Cornerstone expectations are met through the customer journey. In this role, you will manage and measure the success and opportunities within the ecosystem at the Partner Practice and resource level.

In This Role You Will:

  • Build and manage 1:1 relationships with strategic partners and conduct regular check-ins and live business reviews to stay up to date on partner's needs, goals, and challenges.
  • Understand potential gaps in knowledge and expertise, partnering with our Global Services Enablement team to create development plans.
  • Develop and manage Partner tiering structure to adequately support Partner growth by developing a deep understanding of individual Partner hierarchy and org structure.
  • Expert knowledge of the sales, services, support offerings each Partner provides.
  • Promote Cornerstone's products and capabilities and offer helpful strategies to achieve their business goals.
  • Closely collaborate with Global Services leadership to align on the right Service Partner match for each prospective deal.
  • Effectively manage Partner certifications, release readiness and compliance across the ecosystem.
  • Monitor best practices and ensure Partners are efficiently following Cornerstone processes.
  • Drive partner's satisfaction and act as a trusted advisor by serving as an escalation point to resolve roadblocks.
  • Support onboarding of new Partner practices through the launch of first Cornerstone Customer engagement.
  • Connect Partner resources with the right education, programs and resources to ensure success across practices.
  • Participate in regular meeting cadences with Partner Leadership and internal Leadership
  • Provide Services Win Stories back to Alliances for field engagement and business development.
  • Drive survey strategy to capture internal and external feedback quantitatively and qualitatively.
  • Manage continuous feedback loop with customers, partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Monitor and document partner engagements within our customer base on a quarterly basis.
  • Collaborate with global cross functional teams, Sales, Alliances and regional Partner Success Managers.

You've Got What It Takes If You Have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field.
  • 3+ year of customer and/or partner facing, professional services, and technology experience.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Extra Dose of Awesome If You Have:

  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with partners and attend industry events.
  • Fluency in an additional language (French, German, Spanish, Italian)
