The Live Service Producer will take on the core responsibilities of any Producer on Arcade, including defining milestone schedules and deliverables, managing external developer relationships, reviewing and approving key checkpoints, and collaborating with hardware and software platform teams at Apple. Furthermore, the Live Service Producer will assume an advisory role in assisting other Producers in defining success for Live Support functions on Apple Arcade. This involves developing, maintaining, and enforcing practices that consistently delight our players and ensure the long-term success of our developers. Description
In this role, you'll be a pivotal member of the Program Management team, supporting development partners like Sega, Ubisoft, Gameloft, 2K, and Rovio to deliver a diverse portfolio of games. You'll collaborate closely with Apple hardware and software teams to ensure developers have the necessary information to mitigate risks and successfully meet their timelines. With multiple projects often juggling competing priorities and conflicting schedules, maintaining organizational prowess while fostering strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders is crucial. Additionally, you'll champion the pursuit of exceptional live service for games on Arcade. This involves collaborating with teams that provide valuable insights into metrics and performance, ensuring that updates align with the right priorities. Furthermore, you'll play a key role in vetting roadmaps for projects and contributing to the development of best practices that adhere to Apple's values and foster long-term shared success for Arcade, customers, and developers.
Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in an operations or project management role working on games that have a robust live service component
- Intimately familiar with the game development process, in particular releasing and maintaining products on the App Store
- Outstanding desktop computer skills and familiarity with standard Project Management tools that include Excel, Airtable, Quip, Keynote, and others

- You play games regularly, have opinions on what makes great games and always have a list of pending games to finish

Pay & Benefits
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $143,900 and $216,900, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
