As a Live Services Producer at Oculus Studios, you'll play a critical role in building the future of virtual reality content, entertainment, and applications. You will be working closely with our first party studios teams on driving Key Metrics for our live and soon-to-be released titles.You will work across our cross functional teams, including Legal, Privacy, Data Science and Marketing teams, where you will use research and data to drive business insights and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to improve our Studios' games and fitness products. Your insights will inform our executive team on strategy, and enable our Studios teams to create breakthrough products by helping them test ideas, build business models, and size the impact of product features. You will report to the Head of Strategy and Business Operations for Oculus Studios, working on key initiatives for all of our wholly owned studios.

Live Services Producer (Product Manager) - Oculus Studios Responsibilities:
- Develop and apply an understanding of gaming and fitness industry trends - in VR, Console, Mobile and Free-to-Play, and assess how these trends will impact our first party business performance and growth.
- Prepare long-form and slide presentations summarizing key business insights and recommendations
- Develop and own ongoing business reporting and performance analysis and communicate insights to the teams to inform decisions on product strategy and growth
- Develop advanced analytical models to better understand how our first-party studios are performing
- Deliver business insights that will drive our product roadmap both short and long term
- Track the usage rights for music, videos, and other licensed IP
- Work closely with the Finance team on the Long-Range Plan for Studios
- Interface with Data Science, User Experience, Product Marketing teams to share knowledge and insights from Studios to other relevant Meta teams and products
- 5+ years of experience in business or data analytics, with a focus on Live Service Games as PM or Producer
- 5+ years of experience building and presenting financial models, spreadsheets, presentations to executive teams.
- Experienced analyzing and diagnosing complex business challenges, formulate insights and recommendations, and motivate the broader organization to action
- Proven communication skills, both internally and with partners including the skill to translate insight into content, create slides or presentations, and create overall communication plans
- High degree of fluency with analytical frameworks, quantitative models, market sizing and market research
- Experienced articulating, thinking strategically and in a structured manner, to land data-driven recommendations with engineering and business partners
- Experienced with structuring, scoping and solving complex problems
- Proven experience successfully resolving situations of ambiguity or potential conflict and drive alignment
- Bachelor's Degree
- 10+ years of consumer product and gaming experience, preferably working on a high-profile gaming franchise (i.e. Call of Duty, Clash of Clans, League of Legends, etc)
- Exceptional, top decile communication skills
- Familiarity with Music and Fitness Industry deals and dynamics
- Proven Microsoft and Google Suite proficiency
- Experienced with data querying languages (e.g. SQL, R, Python)
- Extensive knowledge of gaming and Mixed Reality content a plus Intimate familiarity with console gaming, mobile gaming, and casual gaming business and product development
