Allstate's Treasury team is responsible for managing the company's banking relationships, cash flow, and financial transactions. Your 12-24-month program will expose you to projects that have a significant impact throughout the organization.
Our Treasury Cash & Bank Operations Apprentices gain invaluable experience in corporate finance, banking operations, and treasury management.
What You'll Do
As part of the Treasury team, you will support key projects that ensure financial accuracy, optimize cash flows, and enhance banking operations while maintaining a strong focus on customer service and compliance.
Key responsibilities include:
- Provide optimal customer support to internal clients, colleagues, and external financial service partners.
- Perform mission-critical tasks during Business Resumption events.
- Display strong administrative skills, including documentation, follow-up, and adherence to established guidelines.
- Prepare, input, review, initiate, approve, release, troubleshoot, and report wire transfer activity to optimize wire activity and cash flows.
- Consolidate and enter wires in the Treasury workstation with a high degree of timeliness and accuracy to support liquidity management and short-term investment decisions.
- Provide security administration support on various banking products and the Treasury Workstation.
- Prepare banking documents/forms to open, close, and/or modify bank accounts and related services as requested by business units and Treasury personnel.

Job Qualifications
- Education: Must currently be pursuing an Associate's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or other relevant fields with a minimum of a 2.0 GPA.
- Candidates selected for prescreening will be required to submit an unofficial transcript.
- Work Authorization: Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
- Core Skills: Strong problem-solving, time management, and analytical abilities.
- Adaptability: Demonstrates learning agility and a willingness to embrace new challenges.
- Engagement: Desire to actively participate in development workshops and virtual programming events.
