Broadridge is Growing! We are seeking a US Treasury Clearing Consultant to join us remotely on contract basis. The Consultant is responsible for ensuring compliance with Government Regulations (e.g. US Treasury Clearing Initiatives), managing transactions involving US treasury securities with a clear understanding of the impact on the financials, regulatory reporting and capital management. The role involves working closely with financial institutions, government agencies, and internal teams to ensure compliance with Treasury related clearing regulations, maintaining accurate financial reporting and supporting liquidity management processes. The candidate will have strong knowledge of accounting principles/standards, US Treasury Operations and financial clearing systems

Work-Mode: This is a remote role where you will work off-site. Travel is limited and generally used for team learning and collaboration meetings.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive impact assessments of regulatory rule changes related to US Treasury Clearing operations including:
- Rule 17ad- 22(e)(18)
- Rule 17ad- 22(e)(6)(i)
- Rule 17ad-22(a)
- Rule 15c3-3a
- Provide expertise in US Treasury Clearing processes, including settlement, reconciliation, risk management, and compliance.
- Analyze current clearing processes and identify areas for improvement or adaptation to meet new requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation of necessary changes.
- Develop and deliver high-quality reports and presentations that communicate findings and recommendations clearly to stakeholders.
- Proven expertise in US Treasury Clearing, with a strong understanding of the end-to-end clearing process inclusive of Repurchase Agreements (Repo Processing).
- In-depth knowledge of regulatory environments impacting US Treasury Clearing, including SEC Net Capital rules, Basel III, and other relevant regulations.
- Prior experience in conducting impact assessments and presenting strategic recommendations.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Proven track record of driving process improvements and implementing change in a complex financial services environment.
- Experience with clearing house operations and familiarity with major clearing platforms.
- Project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
- Hourly range $120-150/hr
