Job Description
Position Summary:
This highly visible position works directly for the F-35 Product Support Manager in the Governance Compliance (G&C) Directorate. Provides Enterprise Integrated Master Schedule (E-IMS) support which included updating, aligning, analyzing, and integrating management data products, data recommendations, and other factors for strategic sustainment planning.
Job Duties:
- Under the Director of the G&C Directorate, supports the preparation of two key sustainment documents for the F-35 Program Support Manager (PSM).
- Utilized writing, editing, and organizing skills to support the Strategic Planning Team prepare the Life Cycle Sustainment Plan Supplement and the Preservation and Storage of Unique Tooling Plan.
- Develop the F-35 Sustainment Responsibility, Accountability, Supporting, Consulted, and Informed (RASCI) Assignment Matrix, Release 10.
- Provide support for the annual updates to the F-35 Sustainment Work Breakdown Structure (SWBS), Release 11 and the Preservation and Storage of Unique Tooling Plan.
- This position provides technical support of the Sustainment elements of the Program Master Plan / Integrated Master Schedule and provide expertise in the area of project management and business administration tools.
- Specifically support in developing processes and products and establishing management controls for all aspects relevant to F-35 Program Office Sustainment project and Activities in support of the PMP/IMS and related Sustainment plans and policies.
- Assist government procurement agencies develop acquisition strategies, work statements, evaluation plans and qualify vendors. Involved through the entire acquisition life cycle, from pre-award planning through solicitation preparation, contract award, contract administration and contract close-out.
- Apply knowledge of the defense acquisition process in the analysis and improvement of acquisition process policy and procedures to devise strategies for deploying and implementing new acquisition policy initiatives and measuring the effectiveness of implementation.
- Use quantitative analytical techniques to assess system acquisition process issues and develop risk reduction/mitigation approaches for improving acquisition/program planning, control, and execution.
- Participate in developing acquisition plans, source selection documents (including evaluation criteria), Independent Government Cost Estimates, justifications and approvals, synopses, and requests for proposals/quotes/bids. Assists with the development of pre-award technical documentation (solicitation, IGCE, Technical Evaluation Plan (TEP) and Technical Evaluation Report).

Qualifications:
- Active DoD Secret Clearance required
- High School plus 8 to 10 years experience
- Bachelors degree plus 2 to 4 years exoerience
