About the Role

you'll manage projects, ensure timely delivery of COBRA Administration services, and maintain quality standards for assigned clients. This role involves coordinating with stakeholders, identifying process improvements, and adapting to changing priorities in a global, virtual environment. Effective communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Resolving project requests and employee issues through effective communication with clients.

• Addressing cases and systematic edits for client employees, ensuring seamless delivery.

• Managing independently workload, provide status updates, and support new client project requests.

• Utilizing proprietary systems for root cause analysis and continuous improvement opportunities.

• Supporting execution of test plans to ensure compliance with client plan rules and specifications.

• Collaborate globally to enhance service delivery, welcome feedback, and coach team members

• Participate in creative solutions and projects to improve client delivery and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Work on escalations from our client that are urgent in nature

• Participate in quality assurance testing efforts to ensure our projects move to the production environment per requirements

• Maintain participant accounts that result from systematic defects or bad data

• Partner with our Client Managers in the development of a project's requirements

• Complete participant workflows or systematic edits

• Complete changes to requirements in order to request changes to plans

• Help teammates close out work activities if they have a larger workload
