We foster an inclusive culture and are looking for diverse, talented people to join Alcon. As the Digital Health Project Manager you will be responsible for helping teams prepare for and facilitating QBRs and SteerCos, ensuring programs adhere to accurate governance processes in Fort Worth, Texas!

In this role, a typical day will include:

  • Strong planning skills, attention to details and senior collaborator management.
  • Crafting clear actionable program plans to both identify critical program workstreams and drive alignment between them.
  • Work with architects, product owners and engineering leads to proactively identify and mitigate program risks.
  • Provide data driven insight into the health of the overall programs, with meaningful metrics' tracking.
  • Strong presentation skills and facilitation skills working with senior leadership.

  • Work closely with product teams to ensure Program Increment goals are aligned with the overall business objectives, achievements and assist in prioritizing and coordinating PI events.
  • Deliver actionable recommendations based on data analysis to improve program performance.
QBR and SteerCo Support:
  • Build and deliver engaging presentations for Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
  • Facilitate Steering Committee meetings, capturing detailed minutes and action items.
  • Support the budget tracking process.
Stakeholder Management:
  • Collaborate closely with product teams, leadership, and finance to ensure alignment and support.
  • Efficiently communicate program performance, OKR status, and recommendations to team members.
Preferred Requirements:
  • Agile Project/Program Management experience working with SAFe teams.
  • Strong background in SAFe methodology.
  • Solid understanding of enterprise architecture, application lifecycle management, and software development methodology.
  • Experience working in SaaS or a fast-paced environment.
  • Track record of optimally delivering products in the healthcare industry.
What you'll bring to Alcon:
  • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent years of directly related experience (or high school +13 yrs; Assoc.+9 yrs; M.S.+2 yrs; PhD+0 yrs).
  • The ability to fluently read, write, understand and communicate in English.
  • 5 Years of Proven Experience.
