As a Project Coordinator Analyst, you will be working on exciting initiatives to drive success among infrastructure-driven projects for Fortune 500 customers across all verticals. Our global infrastructure planning and deployment services deliver thousands of projects each year. From employing our methodologies at hundreds of sites to leveraging complete enterprise design services, customers trust our infrastructure experts to assess the technology they have today and design the solutions they need for tomorrow.

Responsibilities:

  • Excellent understanding of financial management and cost control practices to ensure all budgets, forecasts and costs are measured, tracked and reported for project success
  • Use appropriate tools and techniques to identify and quantify variances
  • Document measurement criteria for success with the help of Project Managers or other Leads
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to implement change
  • Ability to develop and maintain relationships with internal & external stakeholders. Manage WWT cross functional issues
  • Demonstrated skill with Microsoft Excel
  • Provide input regularly for status reports including regional reviews
  • Tracking and understanding documentation deliverables for multiple small projects
  • General understanding of project scope, and objectives.
  • Basic understanding of project team roles and functions to effectively assist in coordinating activities/tasks
  • Follow best practices and ensure that requirements are met and documented
  • Document and manage major risk mitigation and issue resolution
  • Assist in managing changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs
  • Actively participate and/or lead project meetings and follow up on action items.
  • Assume responsibility and coordination for a wide variety of project and/or program related tasks

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of Project Coordination/Project Management experience required
  • Exposure to technology projects and project management
  • Bachelor's degree in business, IT, or related field or equivalent experience
  • Advanced Skills in MS Office applications including Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • MS Project experience is a plus
  • Basic understanding of financial processes; ability to understand, analyze and create financial reports
  • Oracle, Tableau, Salesforce, Clarity PPM & Power BI understanding preferred
  • Understanding of project management industry standard framework and the development life cycle
  • Ability to work independently and aggressively track project timelines
  • Excellent documentation skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to effectively communicate well with customers and co-workers (written, verbal, and presentation)
