We are seeking an outstanding Corporate Events Specialist to represent the IT organization in planning and delivering technical requirements for Adobe's major corporate events. This is an opportunity to work within a world-class team and successfully implement solutions that contribute to Adobe's outstanding digital experiences.

Collaborate with clients, consultants, and technical teams to define necessary technologies for flawless event experiences.

The ideal candidate should be confident and calm in critical environments. They should have strong written and verbal communication skills, be outgoing, show discretion, and enjoy working independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with collaborators to ensure a seamless technical experience by coordinating key vendor relationships for networking, computer imaging, hardware assets, creation of Creative Cloud accounts, technical support for corporate event labs and venue infrastructure.

Duties include:

  • Drive engagement with internal and external customers throughout the planning phase to ensure requirements are effectively communicated and delivered
  • Determine support needs and provide assistance for networking, video streaming, and general IT needs
  • Facilitate regular planning meetings with key team members and vendors
  • Track achievements, team tasks, and maintain team timelines
  • Provide regular status updates to team and leadership
  • Attend weekly Core Team staff meetings and provide relevant progress updates
  • Oversight of vendor load-in and load-out

Position Requirements and Proficiencies:

  • 3+ years of corporate experience
  • A bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent work experience
  • Solid understanding of Mac, Windows, and Tablet Technologies (iOS and Android OS)
  • Must be organized and have strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Embrace new technologies and technical procedures
  • Knowledge of streaming platform technologies and requirements
  • Working knowledge of networking bandwidth structures
  • Must have strong technical and interpersonal skills
  • Travel as needed (up to 25% domestic and international)

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $83,600 -- $176,200 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
