• Plan, organize, and execute virtual and in-person and events, targeting US clients and prospects
• Manage all aspects of event production, including budgeting, venue selection, vendor coordination, speaker arrangements, and content development.
• Drive event promotion through social media, online ads and email marketing efforts to boost attendance.

• Represent and promote ICD's brand at events and on social media, positioning it as a trusted investment technology provider.

• Conduct post-event reporting to inform future events.
• Utilize CRM and Marketing Automation Systems (MAS) for effective data management.

• Create and oversee event budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources.
• Maintain detailed records of expenditures and contracts.

• Collaborate with sales, management, sponsors, and partners to ensure high quality event experience for all.
• Build strong relationships with clients, vendors, and staff to facilitate event planning.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure successful event execution and follow-up, including post-event surveys.

• Minimum of 3 years experience with organizing events
• Outstanding project manager, communicator, creative and critical thinker and problem solver
• A positive attitude, enthusiasm, and commitment to teamwork
• Experience with marketing automation and analytics software
• Undergraduate degree desirable
• Experience in the Financial Technology or Financial Services industry a plus

• The current pay range for this role is currently $100,000 to $120,000 per year, based on a regular, full-time schedule. The amount of pay offered will be determined by a number of factors, including but not limited to qualifications, market data, and internal guidelines.
• This role will also be eligible to participate in Tradeweb's discretionary bonus program.
• This role is expected to remain open until January 30, 2025.
