Job Overview

As the Integrated Marketing & Events Specialist EMEA for TE Connectivity's Energy Business Unit, you will play a central role in driving our brand presence and market engagement across the EMEA (Europe, Middle East, Africa) region. In this position, you'll lead the end-to-end planning, execution, and performance assessment of live and virtual events - including tradeshows, exhibitions, customer events, open houses, seminars, and webinars - to boost brand awareness, generate high-quality leads, and support business growth. You'll also collaborate closely with key distributors in EMEA to implement multichannel through-partner and to-partner marketing initiatives to increase brand visibility and foster stronger distributor relationships.

Location Options: UK (Witham or Swindon) or Poland (Cracow) with a hybrid model, or full remote from either country.

Your main tasks:

  • Lead the planning, execution, and reporting of 5-10 events per year across EMEA.
  • Implement pre, during, and post-event communication strategies to maximize reach and optimize lead follow-up.
  • Manage external agencies to create and deliver booth designs, product displays, and experiences that align with our brand positioning, budget, and business priorities.
  • Oversee vendor services for booth materials, promotional items, and Sales enablement resources, ensuring consistency and efficiency across EMEA.
  • Partner with key distributors in the region to plan and execute co-op marketing initiatives, including digital campaigns, events, and incentive programs, while tracking performance.
  • Ensure accurate and timely delivery of product data to distributors, including the management of BMEcat format for product catalog integration.
  • Manage Energy users and distributor funds in MARCOS: TE's co-op marketing system.
  • Provide support for facility branding, signage, showroom spaces, and training center initiatives.
  • Lead or assist in other marketing-related projects as needed.

Experience and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's (or Master`s) degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • some years of marketing experience in an international B2B environment.
  • Proven expertise in project management, event marketing, and channel marketing
  • Ability to develop and manage impactful multichannel marketing campaigns.
  • Experience working with external agencies, managing vendor relationships, and budgeting.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Marketing tools (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) is a plus.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Willingness to travel up to 15% primarily within Europe and the Middle East.
