Able to distinguish between functional from technical requirements to create functional requirements definitions to drive development team
•Coordinates with other members of the team to assess the impact on design and development activities
•Determine and weigh rejection criteria and propose alternative solutions
•Assess the impact of requirement changes on overall system and processes activities
•Facilitates the review of the requirements based on the criteria defined for assessing requirements quality
•Facilitates the structured walk-through of the requirements with the stakeholders to confirm and get agreement that stakeholder needs are met.
•Prioritizes requirements effectively based on factors including business value, cost to deliver, and time constraints

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years of work experience in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
  • Experience with formal development methodologies like waterfall and/or agile
  • ITIL v3/4
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with ServiceNow
  • Excellent Communications
  • Minimum of 5 years working in job defining functional requirements specifications
  • ITIL Strategy and Assessment, ServiceNow, ServiceNow Business Analysis, Infrastructure Operations
  • Ability to work with a variety of personality types toward a solution that works for the business
  • Find ways to quickly resolve problems and move toward a project's successful completion
  • Good oral, written, presentation and facilitation skills.
  • Confidence in dealing with stakeholders

Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only , the range of starting pay for this role is $56,500 - $94,799 and information on benefits offered is here.
