AAA Club Alliance is seeking an experienced Corporate Tra vel Account Manager to join our dynamic Travel team! The Account Manager will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strategic relationships between a number of highly valued clients and AAA Corporate Travel Services through the identification of clients' annual travel program goals, and by providing consultative services and recommendations to support the clients' goals leading to best-in-class industry retention and increased revenue.

This is a remote (work from home) position, but candidates must live within our footprint

What you will be doing:
  • Ensures that all key internal client service areas are aligned with client's business goals.
  • Maintains a role model approach in all internal/external interactions that are related to the client.
  • Develops and maintains a SWOT analysis on top tier accounts that includes both client and AAA. Shares best practices/results with the Account Management team.
  • Effectively listens beyond product/service needs and identifies opportunities for innovation and greater revenue/loyalty penetration.
  • Partners across department lines to accurately make financial recommendations.
  • Connects with Travel Technology team to understand new developments in travel technology that can increase customer satisfaction or provide cost savings opportunities for the client.
  • Meets regularly with Operations to ensure client goals are understood and on track for completion.
  • Engages with Online Support Manager for clients with online booking tool usage.
  • Travel requirement - 20%
What we need from you:
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related fields and five (5) years of experience in commercial or corporate travel.
  • Ability to travel as needed for business purposes (20%)
  • Ability to respond positively to clients, make recommendations, and interact with individuals at various levels of responsibility.
  • Ability to use office products to self-support financial analysis, client-facing communications, and formal presentations.
  • Demonstrates the ability to identify "wins" in order to negotiate in conflict resolution.
