As the IT Manager, Eddy oversees the team that builds the platform which runs everything users interact with on the CarMax website and the CarMax apps. Since filming, he has been promoted to Director, Application Systems.

Senior Manager, Strategy
Megan manages the Web Analytics team, whose mission is to use data collected on CarMax.com and the company's apps to better understand the customer—and drive what gets built next. Since filming, Megan has been promoted to Senior Manager, Strategy.

Director, Delivery Management
Julia oversees delivery and project management of all CarMax web operations. Her guidance reaches content strategy, digital marketing efforts, and the analytical side for both the website and app.

Eric focuses on customer-facing products and experiences by partnering with a small cross-functional team in order to brainstorm new ideas for CarMax—and transform them into realities.
