The Mentorship Program
AOL makes sure its employees receive the help they need to learn and grow within their roles and within their careers. In order to facilitate this growth, the company encourages a mentorship program for all employees. Mentors meet with their mentees every other week to discuss and craft long-term career goals—and continuously support them through their trajectories to help them stay on track.

Game Time Fun
Employees at AOL enjoy socializing in and out of the office, and the team constantly finds ways to get together. Whether it’s outings for lunch, bowling, or happy hour, there’s always something for co-workers to do at AOL. A recent big hit? A video game night organized by the Operations Team with ample food, drinks, and games to ensure everyone had a great time bonding.
Donating Hospital Art
AOL and its employees love volunteering for good causes and a favorite volunteer activity is the Hospital Art Project. The company brings in large canvases that have been pre-outlined and employees take turns filling in the outlines with paint. Once the paintings are finished and dried, AOL brings them to different children’s hospitals to hang in rooms or hallways to brighten the mood.
