Talent Acquisition - Associate (Early Careers focus)

We seek a creative and energetic Talent Acquisition professional to join our team in London. You will be a key member of our established European Talent Acquisition team hiring into multiple countries and locations. Your primary focus will be leading our Early Careers recruiting efforts on Campus' across Europe. This will involve planning graduate engagement strategies, partnering with schools, building relationships with hiring managers and providing exceptional candidate experience to prospective talent. Outside of the key hiring cycles of Early Careers recruiting you will also have the flexibility and opportunity to support our in-market and experienced hire recruiting activity.

What you'll do

  • Partner with the European Recruiting Leader on Early Careers hiring strategy. Through research and experience you will bring new ideas to our existing approach and work on the planning, execution and end-to-end delivery of that plan to meet business needs
  • You will source, attract, pre-screen and engage candidates for opportunities at the Early Careers level and the experienced hire levels when needed. Your Early careers focus will include Graduate and Intern talent
  • Manage requisitions in the applicant tracking system in a timely manner in accordance with compliance and user guidelines
  • Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers, involving them in briefings, campus presentations and candidate engagement pre and post offer
  • Manage interview scheduling and logistics. You will also share and implement ideas on interview and selection best practice techniques and approach
  • Create and maintain strong relationships with top tier Universities and Business Schools across Europe. This will include occasional travel to our school partners and ZS office locations
  • Collect feedback from internal stake holders and new hires for process improvement to ensure we have a best in class Early Careers hiring journey
  • Maintain recruiting tracking databases for statistical analysis and best practice reporting to relevant stakeholders
  • Where needed support experienced hire recruiting activity outside of Early Careers channel
  • Support other Talent Acquisition projects and initiatives in Europe and Globally

What you'll bring

  • 2-4 years relevant recruiting experience required
  • Passion and knowledge of Early Careers hiring and engaging with graduate talent
  • Excellent organizational skills and an ability to effectively prioritize and multi-task
  • Experience in consulting or professional services industry would be beneficial
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Data driven mindset
  • BA/BS degree with strong academic background preferred
  • Proven ability to work in a team and enthusiasm to operate in a fast paced and dynamic environment
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfort in adapting to various Recruiting platforms (ATS, CRM, LinkedIn Talent Insights etc)
