As a Talent Partner at Zendesk for this 12 month Fixed Term Contract, you will partner with our Product Development (Engineering) functions, continuing to build out high achieving teams across the EMEA market. The position will be a 360, end-to-end role - sourcing, screening, and business partnering with the EMEA leaders for the respective areas.
You will develop and drive the activity from attraction to close. We need someone who can think ahead, bring new ideas to the table, and is strategically astute, yet can personally deliver on hiring requirements in a hands-dirty-role. - Prioritise and manage a diverse range of requisitions and projects ensuring alignment with business objectives and goals
- Partnering with stakeholders across internal organisations to provide exceptional recruiting support and advice throughout the entire hiring process
- Acting as an expert in industry best practices, continuously monitoring new trends and identifying opportunities to consistently raise the standard.
- Owning and managing the recruitment process from initial candidate contact to offer, ensuring an outstanding candidate experience.
- Plan for and execute recruiting and pipelining goals - short and mid-term with guidance from management
- Maintaining data accuracy in our recruitment ATS (Workday) and database, and tracking and analysing statistical recruiting data and insights to drive conversations with hiring teams
- Be passionate about and have experience with attracting and hiring diverse talent
- Utilizing our ATS, social media, Linkedin and out of the box thinking to source top talent candidates across EMEA
- Ensuring the quality and consistency of our recruiting process by conducting skills training for managers where needed
- Advocating an exceptional candidate experience that emphasizes transparency, empathy, and fairness from start to finish
- Lean in to support other regions with Talent Acquisition when needed.
What you have:
- 3+ years proven experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a complex and fast-paced environment
- Experience of developing direct effective sourcing strategies to build pipelines for top candidates across all areas of the organisation
- A good knowledge of the market for all levels of talent across Product Development
- A positive, resourceful, and motivated attitude with the ability to work creatively and calmly under pressure
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- An ability to use data to inform and influence decisions
- Demonstrated ability to prioritise and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously, while delivering high-quality results
- Experience working to develop the employer brand through advertising, promotion, and community involvement in recruitment-focused local events.
Hybrid: In this role, our hybrid experience is designed at the team level to give you a rich onsite experience packed with connection, collaboration, learning, and celebration - while also giving you flexibility to work remotely for part of the week. This role must attend our local office for part of the week. The specific in-office schedule is to be determined by the hiring manager.
