Producer (Project Manager)

The B2B Marketing team is a rapidly growing group within ZS. Bringing a combination of market access strategy and agency creative and execution, the team is built by a diverse group of members with many different backgrounds. The team works extremely closely with one another, and we pride ourselves in our flexibility and adaptability to deliver solutions for our clients.

What You'll Do:

Critical to the success of any Agency of Record is a strong production team, and the Producer is a key supporting member of the core team. The Producer is critical to day-to-day project operations, helping power deliverables from kickoff to completion.

The Producer is a creative problem-solver, who will collaborate, motivate, and support projects throughout the various stages of the project life cycle including technical discovery, creative development, and production. This role requires a team-oriented spirit with the drive to deliver quality projects on time and on budget. The Producer should be process-oriented with a desire to learn to lead internal project teams, partners, and vendors.

  • Work directly with the Sr. Producer, project leads, and consulting teams to support the delivery of high-quality projects or programmatic workstreams, including launch
  • Support the Sr. Producer in project documentation including status, risk documentation, team communications, and timelines
  • Draft project estimates in partnership with the Sr. Producer, project or client leads; ensure project estimates reflect necessary requirements and resources to complete project within the timeline
  • Identify and flag scope risk, escalating as needed to internal stakeholders for discussion and resolution; offering suggestions for mitigation
  • Develop and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with project teams and stakeholders while managing expectations appropriately
  • Work with the Staffing Manager and discipline leads for appropriate resource allocation
  • Engage with and manage 3rd-party vendor relationships as needed
  • Able to juggle a few projects simultaneously; acts and carries out duties with a sense of urgency

What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Minimum of 2 years of creative project management experience; healthcare, payer, or pharma experience preferred
  • Proficient in creative process across a variety of mediums including digital, print, and video; able to define and articulate project requirements and pull through to project documentation
  • Experience with project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Workfront) and proof routing tools (e.g., Ziflow, ProofHQ); strongly preferred
  • Experience with medical, legal and regulatory submission processes and product launches; both preferred

Travel is a requirement at ZS for client facing ZSers; business needs of your project and client are the priority. While some projects may be local, all client-facing ZSers should be prepared to travel as needed.
