As our Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for day-to-day operations for the manufacturing warehouse including receiving, stocking, inventory management, shipping, and other warehouse-related activities. You will also be responsible for planning, developing, and improving warehouse processes within the network. Additionally, you are responsible for hiring and developing the warehouse teams across the network.
You will be responsible for assisting us in transitioning to a more production-ready company.
In this role, you will:
Developing a strategy for making sure all our materials are delivered on time to our internal customers at the most efficient cost during a high growth environment - General Assembly and Base OperationsDevelop the existing warehouse team and play an active role in hiring activities to grow the team.Develop and implement the safety guidelines to ensure team safety and standardized work processes within the warehouse.Manage daily warehouse operations within multiple facilities, including receiving, kitting, and cycle counting. Support in the monitoring and management of budget forecast and performance against forecast; develop and implement corrective actions when performance is not in line with budgetDevelop and monitor KPIs to ensure continuous cost, service, and quality improvement.Communicate clearly and effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure Logistics is providing high-quality service. Qualifications
BA/BS Degree and 8+ years of relevant experience in warehouse operations Seven (7) years of experience managing direct reports and warehouse operationsExperience with WMS systemsStrong communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and interpersonal skillsAbility to lead and commute to different warehouse locations - must be flexibleStrong work ethic; able to independently own and drive projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentKnowledge of warehouse operations, team development, and customer service

There are three major components to compensation for this position: salary, Amazon Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), and Zoox Stock Appreciation Rights. The salary range for this position is $150,000 to $188,000. A sign-on bonus may be offered as part of the compensation package. Compensation will vary based on geographic location and level. Leveling, as well as positioning within a level, is determined by a range of factors, including, but not limited to, a candidate's relevant years of experience, domain knowledge, and interview performance. The salary range listed in this posting is representative of the range of levels Zoox is considering for this position.
