Our global GTM Enablement team is looking for a Senior Leader to manage a team of International GTM Enablement Managers. This is a highly consultative and collaborative global role in which you will consult with Zoom leadership teams in EMEA and JAPAC regions. You will identify skill gaps, design and deliver an enablement strategy, follow up with business impact and metrics. You will lead sales, partner and channel enablement execution for Zoom's Global Revenue organization to drive business outcomes. In this role, you represent the Enablement organization at the leadership table. You will run a quarterly launch and quarterly business review with each regional sales leader.

The leader will be responsible for a significant degree of cross functional collaboration across the Global Sales Operations & Enablement Strategy (GSOP + En) organization, as well as with product, product marketing, technical enablement, leader excellence, onboarding and other teams. Through these engagements, the team will collaborate to develop a plan to support the development, delivery, and assessment of education and enablement, methodology/tools, professional skills development, and other enablement related programs across sales and partners. This position requires your flexibility to create and implement education and enablement across all aspects of the sales process as well as direct a global team in a fast-paced, growing environment.
About You
- You have a proven history of success in leading sales enablement initiatives, Sales Kick-Off events and training evaluation.
- Ability to run multiple projects at a time and complete those projects on schedule while effectively demonstrating the ability to influence others and accomplish goals within a matrixed environment.
- Strong communication skills to ensure clear requirements and effective delivery of content and material developed by the Content Development and Instructional Design teams to be delivered by the field delivery teams.
- Executive presence is a fundamental requirement, with capability to present clear and concise business plans with confidence to all levels of management.
- Experience in global leadership roles and multi-cultural engagements is a plus.
About the Role
- Build relationships with senior executives at Zoom to understand the current and future need for field enablement for sales and partner roles within the Revenue organization.
- Assess organizational knowledge, skills, and competencies by role, identify training gaps, and develop training plans by content area, staff roles, and regions.
- Plan and drive enablement programs globally, to meet field sales priorities and corporate strategic imperatives alignment.
- Identify key operational metrics and track performance against strategic and tactical objectives and remove enablement roadblocks to success.
- Develop, execute, and run key operational processes to prioritize and balance training time against staff utilization targets.
- Conduct QBRs with primary partners. Act as the POC for standard enablement bill of materials to ensure enablement standards are met.
- Direct strategy and learning path direction for integrated products and platform solutions enablement and be a change agent.
- Understand that from vision to completion, all programs should be instrumented to report both learning happiness, application of learning on the job, and most importantly, measurable business impact
- Provide input and support Zoom's Growth Summit.
- Travel globally up to 30%.
Required Skills:
- 8-10 years of sales enablement leadership experience in the UCaaS, Software or Services Industry.
- 5+ years of leadership experience in a sales enablement or similar role.
- Lead virtual and geographically diverse teams in disparate time zones (EMEA, & Japan, APAC).
- History of success in leading sales enablement initiatives, product launch initiatives, leadership development, Kick-Off events and training evaluation.
- Experience with enablement and sales tools including prospecting, CRM, readiness, content management and learning management
- Versed in sales process (CRM), sales messaging, and sales methodology (Value Selling + MEDDPICC)
