在Zoom 2.0时代，我们正在从一款优秀的现象级视频会议产品，逐步升级成协同办公平台，产品横跨了视频会议、语音电话、呼叫中心、智能助手、办公文档等。
在Zoom，我们致力于为所有用户构建简单易用的产品。作为Accessibility Analyst，您将负责分析各种Zoom产品和功能的Accessibility情况，并根据WCAG2.1 定义Accessibility要求和规范，确保特殊人群（包括残障人士）能正常使用公司产品。
岗位职责
1、参与Zoom Web, Zoom Event等项目，负责明确Accessibility相关规范及要求，使用自动化工具及手动等方式测试产品是否符合Accessibility要求，同时给出解决方案，帮助前端开发更好理解Accessibility及修复相关问题，使产品最终符合Accessibility相关规范
2、始终站在客户角度思考问题，协助团队提高产品Accessibility质量，持续优化Accessibility测试流程，提升测试效率；
3、给前端开发提供Accessibility相关指导及培训。
任职要求:
有很好的英文文档读写能力与听说能力；
熟知 WCAG2.1标准；
熟悉HTML、WAI-ARIA、CSS和JavaScript；
具有软件测试经验优先；
了解Wave、Accessibility Insights、Accessibility Inspector等工具，以及NVDA、JAWS、VoiceOver等读屏软件；
