- Analytical Dataset and Metric Ownership: Create new rigorous and timely analytical datasets. Perform in-depth, timely, and accurate analyses to identify trends, insights, and growth opportunities.
- Communication and Collaboration: Collaborate with product and engineering teams to discuss problems, design analytics framework, pull in the most relevant data for the business, and develop solutions
- Data Visualization, Reporting, and Presentations: Develop visually appealing, informative, and easy-to-understand dashboards, reports, and presentations to effectively communicate data, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders.
This role has been categorized as a teleworker position. Teleworkers do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and, instead, work from a physical location of their choice which must be identified to the Company. Employees may live in any part of Mexico, but preferably in Mexico City, as we would encourage attendance for occasional in-office events.
In addition to a competitive base salary and benefits, this position is also eligible for equity awards based on factors such as experience, performance and location.

- Possesses either an undergraduate or Master's degree in a quantitative field (e.g. mathematics, finance, statistics, or similar) or confirmed experience within data science and analytics
- 3+ years of work experience involving quantitative data analysis and complex problem solving
- Comfort with creating new analytical datasets from structured and semi-structured data.
- Analytics experience with a problem-solving ability, data querying experience (SQL) creating visualizations and dashboards (Databricks, Tableau)
- Experience and comfort with version- and data- management and transformation tools (git, DBT)
- Strategic systems thinker, able to structure analytic datasets to capture ambiguous problems
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to distill complex issues into simple structured frameworks with concrete action plans
