Zendesk is looking for a dynamic Marketing Automation Manager to join our Global Lifecycle Marketing team. In this role, you will drive the strategy and execution of our marketing automation programs, ensuring the delivery of targeted, personalized email campaigns that enhance the customer lifecycle. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to execute lifecycle marketing strategies and leverage automation tools to drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Marketing Automation Strategy: Design and implement scalable marketing automation programs to support customer lifecycle marketing and business objectives.
- Campaign Development: Manage and optimize triggered email campaigns, ensuring alignment with lifecycle stages, customer behaviors, and localization requirements.
- Platform Expertise: Serve as the subject matter expert for automation platforms such as Eloqua, Marketo, and Pendo, providing strategic guidance and technical expertise to optimize campaign execution. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of these tools into broader marketing strategies and workflows.
- Email & Landing Page Development: Utilize your expertise in HTML/CSS to build responsive, visually appealing email templates and landing pages that drive engagement and conversions.
- Analytics & Optimization: Conduct independent analysis using BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, and PowerBI to track performance and optimize campaigns for improved results.
- Project Management: Lead end-to-end project management for marketing initiatives, ensuring timely delivery, collaboration with stakeholders, and resolution of challenges.

Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in email marketing with a focus on marketing operations, email automation, and global campaigns.
- Lifecycle Marketing: Demonstrated success in developing and managing triggered email campaigns that drive customer engagement and support key stages of the customer lifecycle.
- Marketing Technology: Proficiency in marketing automation platforms such as Eloqua, Marketo, and Pendo
- Email & Landing Page Development: Expertise in HTML/CSS to build responsive, visually appealing email templates and landing pages that drive engagement and conversions.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to conduct independent analysis using BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, and PowerBI to measure campaign effectiveness and derive actionable insights.
- Project Management: Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to handle multiple initiatives, prioritize, and solve complex problems in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaboration: Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams globally.
- Bonus: Experience with Customer Data Platforms (CDPs), particularly Adobe Experience Platform, is highly desirable.
Please note that anyone hired into this position must be physically located in and plan to work from Mexico City (CDMX) or Mexico State (Estado de Mexico).
Hybrid: In this role, our hybrid experience is designed at the team level to give you a rich onsite experience packed with connection, collaboration, learning, and celebration - while also giving you flexibility to work remotely for part of the week. This role must attend our local office for part of the week. The specific in-office schedule is to be determined by the hiring manager.
