Job Summary:
As a Product Marketing Manager/Senior Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the go-to-market strategy and driving the success of solutions. Reporting to the Senior Vice President, Marketing, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Clinical Services, Product Management, Business Development, Partner Success, and Marketing, to ensure our solutions resonate with target audiences and achieve business objectives. This role is ideal for a consultant looking to transition into a high-impact role within a mission-driven organization.
Essential Functions:
- Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop and execute go-to-market plans for new and existing products, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer needs.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitive landscapes, and customer pain points to inform product positioning and messaging.
- Product Positioning, Messaging & Pricing: Craft compelling value propositions and messaging frameworks that highlight the unique benefits of our solutions to different customer segments.
- Sales Enablement: Partner with Sales to create and deliver impactful tools and resources, such as pitch decks, battle cards, and product training materials, to drive revenue growth.
- Customer Insights: Gather and synthesize customer feedback to refine product offerings and marketing strategies.
- Performance Analysis: Track and analyze the performance of product marketing initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for optimization
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, healthcare, or a related field. Advanced degrees (e.g., MBA, MPH) are a plus.
- Experience: 2-8 years of experience in management consulting, product marketing, or related fields, preferably with exposure to healthcare or technology sectors.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft persuasive messaging and present ideas clearly.
- Collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders.
- Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a growth mindset.
- Technical Acumen: Familiarity with healthcare technology, data analytics, or SaaS solutions is preferred but not required.
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Previous Consulting experience.
- Data management experience within a healthcare setting.
- Experience with Salesforce.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Healthcare background.

The target salary range for this role is $82,000.00 to $100,000.00 per year, plus an annual bonus targeted at 5% of the individual's annual salary. An individual’s salary within this range is based on multiple factors including but not limited to skills, experiences, licensure, certifications, and other business and organizational considerations. Salary ranges are reviewed, at minimum, annually and all team members are eligible for performance-based salary increases during our organization’s annual review period. The annual bonus payout may be higher or lower than target, dependent on individual and company performance and is considered variable pay.
