The role:

As an Operations Associate, you will be responsible for supporting daily operations, including production, fulfillment, quality inspection, and inventory control. This role requires meticulous attention to detail and a proactive approach to maintaining smooth operational workflows. You will work closely with various teams, ensuring accurate inventory management, process documentation, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. The ideal candidate will have a continuous improvement mindset and the ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform varied tasks related to production, fulfillment, quality inspection, and inventory control.
  • Use basic metrology instruments (e.g., weight scale, ruler) for data entry and quality checks.
  • Document and communicate issues for corrective action.
  • Support day-to-day operations and ensure smooth implementation of daily goals.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, and ensure safety and security best practices are followed.
  • Prepare and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for operational processes.
  • Conduct daily/weekly spot inventory counts and maintain inventory accuracy.
  • Handle inbound receiving, picking, and warehouse care.
  • Assist in quality control (IQC) and escalate logistic or quality issues as needed.
  • Assist the production team to meet schedules and manage any operational bottlenecks.
  • Create and maintain files, documents, and other paperwork required for smooth operation.
  • Occasionally work extended hours and lift up to 15 kg.

Skills & Experience:

  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Continuous improvement mindset and a willingness to learn.
  • Ability to follow best practices in security and privacy.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Familiarity with working in a team-oriented environment and rotational duties.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a fulfillment, production, logistics, or quality assurance environment.
  • Experience with metrology and inspection instruments.
  • Familiarity with warehouse management and fulfillment workflows.
  • Experience working in a Windows environment.
