工作内容：

• 负责新产品线的信息提取，实体映射等数据挖掘相关算法的设计、开发与优化。
• 参与AI算法的工程化落地，包括模型的训练/微调，部署、性能优化和监控。
• 跟踪业界技术前沿，深入理解和应用LLM技术，开发符合业务需求的智能解决方案。
• 与数据分析团队紧密合作，构建高效可靠的数据质量监控平台。
• 与美国西海岸团队密切合作，可接受时差灵活工作。

职位要求：

• 计算机科学、数据科学、人工智能、数学或相关专业硕士及以上学历，3年以上NLP相关的工作经验。
• 具有扎实的计算机基础和编程基础，掌握常用的数据结构和算法。
• 精通Python编程，熟悉常见深度学习框架(TensorFlow、PyTorch)。
• 熟悉使用Mysql/MongoDB/Redis/Elasticsearch等开源组件，熟悉容器化部署(Docker/k8s)。
• 有较好的英语水平，能习惯阅读书写英文文档，并进行沟通交流。
• 善于学习新知识，主动性强，对代码和模型产品有高度责任感。
• (加分项) 有LLM项目落地经验，使用LORA，p-tuning, embedding等技术，结合行业数据微调模型；熟悉RAG模式，Agent模式。

As Our Software Engineer  You Will:

• Design, develop, and optimize data mining algorithms for tasks such as information extraction and entity mapping for new product lines.
• Contribute to the engineering implementation of AI algorithms, including model training/fine-tuning, deployment, performance optimization, and monitoring.
• Stay at the forefront of industry advancements, deeply understanding and applying LLM technologies to develop intelligent solutions tailored to business needs.
• Collaborate closely with the data analysis team to build efficient and reliable data quality monitoring platforms.
• Work in close coordination with the West Coast team in the US, with flexibility to accommodate time zone differences.

You Are Likely To Succeed If:

• Hold a master’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics, or a related field, with 3+ years of experience in NLP.
• Have a strong foundation in computer science, programming, and a solid understanding of data structures and algorithms.
• Are proficient in Python programming and familiar with popular deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch.
• Have experience with open-source tools like MySQL, MongoDB, Redis, or Elasticsearch, and are skilled in containerized deployment using Docker or Kubernetes.
• Possess good English skills for reading, writing technical documentation, and effective communication.
• Demonstrate a proactive attitude, a strong sense of responsibility for code and model-related products, and a keen ability to learn new technologies.

Bonus Points If You:

• Have hands-on experience deploying LLM projects using techniques like LoRA, p-tuning, and embeddings, fine-tuned with industry-specific data.
• Are familiar with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and Agent frameworks.
