Yext is looking for a Director of Product of Management to lead our core product portfolio.

In this role, you will be responsible for owning the strategy, roadmap and market success of Yext’s core products: Listings, Reviews and Social. The ideal candidate will possess an outstanding blend of business and technical acumen, a big-picture vision and the drive to work closely with a team of elite product managers, engineers, designers, data scientists and cross-functional teams.
What You’ll Do
- Define and articulate the product vision and strategy for Yext Listings, Reviews and Social products ensuring alignment with Yext business priorities
- Lead the Yext product management teams, encouraging a culture of innovation, speed to market and customer-centricity
- Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, sales and customer success teams to ensure successful product launches and adoption
- Define objectives and key results for the product line, adjusting strategies and team mix as vital to achieve growth and retention targets
- Act as your portfolios product evangelist both internally and externally, including customer advisory boards, AR briefings, customer webinars, and product council meetings
- Drive product innovation through a culture of rapid iteration, experimentation, lean UX and constant customer feedback cycles
- Lead, mentor, and encourage a team of dedicated product managers to deliver and iterate on innovation to the market frequently
What You Have
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training and experience
- 5+ years of product management experience in a technology-driven company (preferably B2B, martech), with a track record of successfully launching and iterating products
- 3+ years of experience in leading a successful team is a plus
- Experience managing software integrations following acquisitions, ensuring seamless alignment between acquired technologies and existing systems
- A strong understanding of the digital marketing space with a focus on SEO, social and reputation management
- Product mentality - inclination and ability to envision a product and then marshal and drive resources to realize that vision
- Speed to market - the candidate has a passion to get their solutions to market to start driving validated outcomes as quickly as possible
- Must have a love to innovate. Understand customer problems, but how to solve them in non-traditional means
- Adaptable and quick to learn, excelling in dynamic and ever-evolving work environments
- Able to generate creative, simple solutions to sophisticated problems
- Excellent writing and presentation abilities
- Familiarity with key leadership concepts from thought leaders such as Simon Sinek (Leaders Eat Last), Marty Cagan (Inspired), and Kim Scott (Radical Candor) is a strong plus.

Pay ranges at Yext are established based on an analysis of salaries for positions with a similar level of accountability and impact in the relevant labor market. Salary levels are expected to change to reflect an employee’s job performance (results and impact) over time. Salaries at the time of hire are typically offered in the lower to middle of the above-referenced range in order to provide the opportunity to reflect performance-based increases over time. In addition to base salaries, employees at Yext are typically eligible for a comprehensive package of benefits including medical, dental and vision benefits; life insurance; short term and long-term disability; 401(k) retirement plan; and vacation and sick leave. Successful candidates may also be eligible for equity (stock) based compensation and/or variable pay programs based on performance relative to goals and targets.
