Yamaha has an excellent opportunity for a Warehouse Coordinator to join our team in Kennesaw, GA. The Warehouse Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring accurate service parts information is uploaded into the company software system. They will also monitor all revisions to service parts and ensuring proper supersessions occur for all YMMC and TWI product lines.

What you'll be doing:

  • Schedule Completion Dates: Coordinate and schedule the completion dates for all MPLs for YMMC and TWI, ensuring timely implementation of parts.
  • Control Parts Implementation: Manage the actual parts implementation date and oversee the procurement process to ensure smooth operations.
  • Monitor MPL Revisions: Perform daily monitoring of the MPL for any revisions and ensure all changes are accurately reflected.
  • Data Entry and Updates: Ensure accurate service parts information is uploaded into the company software system through meticulous data entry and regular updates.
  • Review Revisions: Review all revisions for compatibility and inform planners of any necessary adjustments.
  • Verify Part Numbers: Verify the accuracy of parent part numbers to child part numbers within the fast web system.
  • Parts Coding Verification: Verify parts coding to determine whether parts are salable or non-salable.
  • Stay Updated: Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies related to service parts management. Proactively suggest and implement

What you'll need to be successful:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience in warehouse coordination, inventory management, or a similar role.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and verification processes.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in using warehouse management systems and software.
  • Effective communication skills to liaise with planners and other team members.
  • Ability to stay updated on industry trends and implement best practices.
