Eaton's IS VEH VGNA division is currently seeking a Warehouse Coordinator.

The Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring timely and accurate processing of shipments and inventory management. This role involves coordinating with various departments to ensure smooth logistics operations and maintaining effective communication with the team. The Warehouse Coordinator also ensures compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

The expected annual salary range for this role is $40500.0 - $59400.0 a year.

What you'll do:

  • Oversee daily warehouse operations, including inventory management and shipment processing.
  • Coordinate with logistics providers and internal departments to ensure timely and accurate shipments.
  • Monitor and manage physical inventory, ensuring materials are shipped under the correct Bill of Lading (BOL) and carrier.
  • Generate and review reports related to importations, exportations, and inventory status.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Communicate effectively with the team and other departments to resolve any issues or discrepancies.
  • Follow up on expedite shipments and ensure they reach their final destination on time.
  • Maintain organized and clean workspaces within the warehouse.

Qualifications:

Required Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum High School Diploma and/or GED equivalent from an accredited institution
  • Minimum five (5) years warehouse experience
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship both now and in the future
