World 50 Group is seeking an ambitious and self-driven Talent Acquisition Manager to join our People & Culture function. You will be responsible for all operational recruitment responsibilities from end to end for the US and will work closely with the London based Talent Acquisition Partner on global reporting, dashboards, recruitment strategy and project work.

This position will report to the North American Head of People & Culture at World 50 Group.

Your Impact:

  • Strategic Recruiting: Work closely with the North American Head of People & Culture to craft innovative recruiting strategies for all levels, ensuring alignment with company goals and values.
  • Candidate-Centric Approach: Be the architect of a world-class hiring process, guiding candidates seamlessly from application to onboarding with a focus on exceptional experiences.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate with departments to understand staffing needs within budget constraints and establish strong relationships with external recruiting partners and vendors.

Responsibilities

  • Diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging [DEIB]: implementing a new and productive Talent Acquisition strategy for our company with an emphasis on hiring the most qualified candidate but also recognising DEIB is a priority
  • Proactive Sourcing: Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to build a robust pipeline of qualified candidates, staying ahead of trends through benchmarking and networking.
  • End-to-End Recruitment: Own the entire recruitment process, partnering with hiring managers from search initiation to offer stage, ensuring a smooth journey for both candidates and teams.
  • Innovation: Drive innovation in meeting and exceeding recruitment needs, playing a pivotal role in building a talent pipeline to support our company's significant and rapid growth.

Your Expertise

  • Interview Mastery: Own the interview process from start to finish, including training new interviewers, crafting effective questions, and implementing consistent debrief methods.
  • Strategic Direction: Provide recruitment counsel and mentorship to hiring managers on market trends, compensation, skills, target companies, and sourcing tactics.
  • Metrics Management: Ensure excellent data management and hiring metrics in our ATS to support analysis and efficiency in the recruitment process.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will be diligent, proactive and capable of collaborating with internal partners. They will possess flexibility and adaptability to handle diverse recruiting tasks.

  • 5+ years of internal recruitment recruitment experience (ideally in the Atlanta market)
  • Experience recruiting roles at all levels but experience with senior level roles highly preferred
  • Evidence of proactive and creative headhunting strategies
  • Experience with developing an Employer Value Proposition would be beneficial
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to balance multiple priorities and work under pressure with sensitivity to deadlines and business need
  • Strong data management and analytical skills

This opportunity offers a salary of $90,000 - $110,000 depending on experience with a 10% bonus.
