The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for managing the staffing operations and programs of assigned team supporting high growth resourcing strategies for clients with data centers and critical environments. You will develop strategic recruiting plans, facilitate recruitment activities, oversee operational processes and workforce planning, including vendor management, reporting, and budgeting. Workforce resourcing and data analysis are big components of this role.

What you'll do

  • Develops and implements a comprehensive resourcing and recruitment strategy and processes tailored to the needs of the business that includes multi-year growth plan
  • Drive workforce planning with Commercial, Leadership and Operations teams to ensure resource allocations are in the right place at the right time.
  • Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a positive candidate experience and adherence to best practices.
  • Analyze market trends, industry practices, competitor hiring strategies, internal metrics and data analytics to drive decision-making, improve recruitment processes, optimize labor mix, and direct continuous improvement
  • Creates networks and demonstrates knowledge within property/facilities management, critical environments, data centers, construction and adjacent industries with specific focus on technical talent
  • Provides timely and effective end-to-end recruitment service to all businesses whilst engaging key stakeholders throughout the recruitment journey
  • Coaches, mentors and provides training to team to maintain high performance standards
  • Guides diversity recruitment initiatives
  • Ensures full compliance and adherence to the Standard Operating Procedures, recruitment policies and local requirements such as visas, sponsorships and OFCCP compliance
  • Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies, educational institutions, and professional organizations
  • Builds and maintains strong candidate talent pool for the client's future hiring needs
  • Acts as a brand champion to applicants, prospects and providers. Create and execute employer branding initiatives, including social media campaigns, job fairs, and networking events.

What you'll need
• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in a related field preferred or equivalent work experience. Minimum of 6 years of full lifecycle talent acquisition experience.

• Minimum of 3 years of talent acquisition leadership experience

• Strong business acumen / business background desired, with experience outside of TA / People side of business preferred.

• Efficient and commercial approach to problem solving with sophisticated communications skills

• Ability to build key relationships and manage senior stakeholders and influence decision makers

• Previous experience developing and implementing creative solutioning plans and programs to attract and retain talent

• Excellent networking and strong interpersonal skills to connect with all client groups

• Demonstrable knowledge of recruitment databases, sourcing tools, and data analytics to include Avature, Microsoft Office, Boolean Searches, and PowerBI.
