As a Research Coordinator at World 50 Group, you will be an integral part of our Membership Development team, contributing to our growth in the sales and business development sector. This role combines research and collaboration, providing you with a unique opportunity to develop expertise in identifying and engaging potential members for our senior executive communities.

In this position, you will conduct strategic research to identify qualified c-suite prospects within Fortune 500 and Global 5000 companies. Your ability to gather, synthesize, and present relevant information will support our inside sales team, Sales Directors, and Group Directors in converting prospects into active members. You will develop a deep understanding of market dynamics, competitive landscapes, and industry trends, allowing you to track public financial information and analyze new market influences effectively.

Key responsibilities ::

The Research Coordinator is responsible for working in conjunction with team members throughout the lifecycle of a search. This includes responsibilities like:

  • Contribute to projects aimed at expanding World 50 Group's market presence, driving revenue growth, and identifying new opportunities, while ensuring alignment with the organization's overall growth strategy.
  • Sourcing c-suite level executive through research for Member Development team to target for World 50 peer groups through extensive industry research, profiling tools, and assessment of member nominations, considering factors such as competitive landscape, company size, reputation, global presence, and personal contributions
  • Utilize CRM Salesforce to create and update new business and person accounts
  • Conduct thorough preparation in the form of pre-meeting summary notes for prospect calls including company background, industry trends and a comprehensive understanding of the prospect's needs and objectives.
  • Tracking industry trends and developments, including information on prospective members and target companies.
  • Staying up to date with knowledge of relevant sectors, companies and prospective members, such as capturing executive moves, identifying new titles and functions, and understanding any M&A developments, etc.
