Job Description

Job Title: Client Services Project Management Lead

Team: Provider Insight / Evidera / PASD

Reports to: Project Manager of Survey Production, Operations

Position Overview:

The job of a Survey Production Coordinator is to perform survey production, programming in LimeSurvey®, testing and other administration tasks of the Provider Insight studies. The Survey Production Coordinator provides help to the Project Manager of Survey Production of the Provider Insight program supporting day-to-day activities, ensuring timely response and high-quality data collection.

Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task when working towards deadlines are crucial for the role. The person will be responsible to professionally carry out tasks required for the research study as per Project Manager of Survey Production's instructions to ensure that the project objectives are met on-time and with very high quality.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (other duties may be assigned):

Below are key responsibilities of a Survey Production Coordinator. The duties listed are not to be considered restrictive or complete and nothing should prevent the management to reassess them or make them evolve as requested by the business.

  • Support the Team in the survey programming and testing for a variety of multi-country research studies.
  • Maintains high quality and effective project internal status reporting.
  • Performs quality control checks for questionnaires, surveys, data, languages, coding, auto coding of open ends, labeling of tables.
  • Support the Team in in the overall execution of the research project data collection to meet the established targets for scope, quality and schedule.
  • Develops and maintains good professional communication with internal co-workers and external resources to ensure good communication and smooth project execution.
  • Works in research study design as per RWE and Provider Insight guidelines, collaborates in programming - survey building and update, testing, quality control, troubleshooting, analysis, reporting.
  • Coordinates with internal departments and/or external suppliers to establish the project schedule and assignments ensuring compliance to our high-quality standards.

Education, Professional Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, marketing or market research
  • Solid analytical skills required.
  • 3 years working experience is preferred
  • Medical background is a plus
  • Experience with a market research supplier (preferred).
  • Demonstrated experience using SharePoint and Office 365 Tools.
  • Experience in in survey programming (LimeSurvey® preferred)
  • Knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research methods. Trained in project management concepts and techniques.
