Endeavor is seeking an assistant to two senior lawyers at Endeavor, a sports, media, and entertainment company. Part of the job will involve supporting SVP & Associate GC to the company's client representation business, including the WME talent agency and Endeavor's fashion representation management companies - IMG Models, The Wall Group and Art + Commerce.

The other portion of the role involves supporting the SVP & Associate GC for Endeavor's employment law practice in the Americas, working with all businesses under the Endeavor umbrella on employee-related legal matters. Though this is an assistant-level position, there will be opportunities for the right candidate to engage in meaningful work relating to talent endorsement agreements, talent regulatory matters, employment disputes, and employment agreements. The ideal candidate has graduated from law school, has strong legal acumen, some familiarity with talent contracts or employment, and an insatiable desire to learn more. Deals you will be assisting with include talent agreements, employment agreements, and employment policies.

The job entails basic administrative assistant work (rolling calls, maintaining a calendar, tracking projects, and preparing and maintaining client files), but the right candidate will also be able to handle substantive work under the direction of two executives. The exact scope of responsibility will depend on the candidate's demonstrated capabilities. This is a unique opportunity for anyone interested in learning about business affairs at a major agency.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

  • Being tuned in and present on all phone calls
  • Tracking and coordinating deal negotiations
  • Reviewing agreements and deal terms
  • Basic administrative duties

Knowledge and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Juris Doctor degree strongly preferred
  • 1 year of entertainment experience preferred

Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience. Endeavor strives to provide locally competitive rewards packages, which include base rate along with, as applicable, short- and long-term incentives, growth and developmental opportunities, and robust benefits, such as health care, retirement, vacation and other paid time off, and additional offerings.

Hiring Range Minimum:
$23.44 hourly

Hiring Range Maximum:
$31.25 hourly
