Job Responsibilities

You are an experienced UI/UX Designer looking to enable the Web-based Software Infrastructure for Corporate Environment. You have multiple years of experience designing and building interfaces in through web app & phone app, and are a key partner to the engineering team. You are a skilled communicator, adept at collaborating with the team to create, iterate, and finalize designs to make our user journey as clear as possible. You have a clear vision for what is needed to make complex interactions easy to learn and enjoyable to use on an ongoing basis. You value giving and receiving constructive feedback knowing that working together makes the best products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand user needs, conduct user research, and translate insights into innovative design solutions. Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with product managers, project managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and objectives.

- Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gather insights into user needs and preferences.

- Create clear UX flows and UI designs from layout to wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to illustrate design concepts and user interactions.

- Design intuitive and engaging user interfaces that have a consistent visual language within the UI, aligning with brand guidelines and design principles. Iterate on designs based on feedback from stakeholders and usability testing results.

- Work closely with developers to ensure the feasibility and implementation of design solutions.

- Work in a fast-paced rapidly iterate environment. - Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in UI/UX design and incorporate them into your work.

Requirements :

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.

- 5+ years of experience in UI/UX Design with at least 1 web-based tool

- Proven track record of clearly communicating new design concepts and execution details in both technical and non-technical manners

- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design projects.

- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Illustrator, Sketch, Figma, or InVision.

- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and defend design decisions.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Experience working in agile development environments is a plus.
