Senior UI/UX Designer
Your role will be to work closely with senior designers to bring ideas to life. You'll dive into concept generation, user journey refinement, and rapid prototyping as a key contributor to projects impacting how businesses manage employee experience globally. This role is perfect for a detail-oriented designer eager to learn while owning critical design tasks in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
Create wireframes, UI designs, and prototypes based on feedback from your team and stakeholders.
Collaborate with engineers to ensure designs are implemented precisely, advocating for UX best practices.
Assist in research synthesis, creating actionable insights for product improvements.
Participate in brainstorming sessions, contributing fresh ideas while learning to solve complex problems.
Must-Have
4+ years of product/UX design experience, with a portfolio highlighting wireframes, prototypes, and user flows that align with strategic goals.
Expertise in Figma to execute high-quality design, documentation, and prototypes
Experience supporting senior designers at various stages of the design process
Ability to translate strategic visions into tangible UI/UX deliverables.
With strong collaboration skills, you thrive in feedback-driven environments and iterate quickly based on guidance.
Passion for design thinking and eagerness to learn advanced methodologies.
Good to Have
B.Des/M.Des in UX, Interaction or Industrial design
Exposure to enterprise software, HCM, or HR tech. Bonus if you've assisted in designing complex workflows.
Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG)
Excited for micro-interactions, modern design, and delightful experiences
