Ensuring completion of SMTDs for applications

The Transition Manager will focus on Transition Solution Design during the RFP stage and will work in consultation with AMS Pre Sales Team. Participate in daily cadence calls and contribute to proposal response preparation, Bid Defence, solution workshops and Client Visits.
Participate in Due Diligence activities and refine the transition solution as needed. Prepare Transition SOW as needed.
Will also be responsible for successfully executing the Transition by leveraging the CoE framework, templates, checklists, and tools.
Work closely with the Program Transition Director and Delivery leadership, provide weekly status reports, engage in low level transition tasks planning, monitoring the progress and facilitate successful cutover to steady state operations.
Submit regular governance reports ( internal, customer)
Ensure program is moved successfully to steady state with BAU expectations from the customer.
Work with team in base lining the steady state metrics planned
