We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Wealth Management Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. With over 10 years of experience in the financial services industry, the ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of wealth management processes, financial planning, and regulatory compliance.

Experience and Skills:
• Experience in conducting comprehensive analysis on various wealth management domains including portfolio management, client relationship management, investment strategies, and financial products.
• Collaborating with IT teams to design and enhance technological platforms, ensuring the alignment with business needs and regulatory standards.
• Strong business analysis skills to define operational processes and translate business tasks into functional requirements for technology team to develop features and capabilities.
• Project / Program risk assessments and provided solutions to mitigate potential financial and operational risks.
• Managed complex data [good knowledge of transaction data, client data, financial instrument data] from multiple sources, ensuring accuracy and providing detailed reports to stakeholders.
• Facilitated training sessions for junior analysts and other team members on best practices and new developments in the wealth management sector.
• Led cross-functional projects and ensure that all project milestones are met within the stipulated timelines and budgets.
• Experience in being a primary liaison between business units, technology teams, and external partners to ensure effective communication and project success.
• Deep knowledge of working on Wealth Management applications such as InvestCloud preferred.
• Strong presentation skills to communicate ideas, issues, and other relevant information to internal and external stakeholders
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree or relevant professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CFP) preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in a business analysis role within the wealth management or financial services industry.
• Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
• Proven experience in managing large datasets and performing complex financial analysis.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Proficient in using financial software and business intelligence tools.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to interact with various stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor teams.
"Expected annual pay for this role ranges from $190,000 to $265,000. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options."
