You will play a strategic role in digital, finance, and transformation roadmaps, ensuring effective solution delivery through a deep understanding of customer requirements and technology architecture.

Responsibilities:

  • Liaise between business, technology and operational teams to analyze and comprehend customer requirements in the Asset Management / Private Equity domain.
  • Articulate customer needs aptly to delivery teams to ensure the right solutions are provided.
  • Shape the roadmap for digital, finance, operations, and transformation for customers.
  • Understand the different applications in the customer's domain, identify challenges, and devise solutions.
  • Play the role of a Senior Business Analyst and Project Manager within BFSI, specifically Asset Management and Private Equity.
  • Manage end-to-end delivery of projects/work streams using agile/waterfall methodologies.
  • Conduct requirements engineering, including analyzing problems, writing BRDs and FRDs, creating user stories, and assisting in UAT.
  • Perform stakeholder analysis and identify all affected applications and interfaces.
  • Provide techno-functional support throughout the lifecycle of business implementation projects.
  • Customize, extend, modify, localize, or integrate existing products as per coding and production standards.
  • Support solutioning teams from architectural design to coding, testing, and implementation.
  • Provide ongoing product support and maintenance, resolve technical problems, and optimize processes through automation.

Required Qualifications:

  • Location: NY or NJ, United States. Must be located within commuting distance or willing to relocate.
  • U.S. citizenship or authorization to work in the U.S. (sponsorship not available).
  • 12-15+ years of experience with knowledge of Asset Management and Private Equity.
  • Strategic problem-solving skills; experience in Strategy and Operations transformation is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Technology, Operations
  • Advanced degree like MBA/PGDBM/CFA or any equivalent degree in Management or Finance is desirable.
  • In-depth knowledge of private equity domain.
  • Techno-functional expertise, particularly in ERP systems.
  • Proven ability to drive end-to-end process from business requirement management to integration, configuration, and production deployment.
  • Competency in systems thinking, leveraging technology, and functional/technical knowledge.
  • Commitment to skill upgrade and competency building through training, seminars, and certifications.

This role requires a blend of strategic insight and technical expertise, ensuring that business needs are translated into technological solutions effectively and efficiently.

Expected annual pay for this role ranges from $150,000 to $230,000. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options
