Responsibilities
As an Source to Pay - Lead Consultant, you will embark on a fast-paced career path that will allow you to utilize your experience, process knowledge and product configuration skills for products like COUPA, ARIBA etc.. Your knowledge on COUPA Source to Pay to do Function design, Configure S2P COUPA systems to help implement processes reimagination for leading S2P transformation programs. The Process Transformation consulting practice also offers opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge through training and certifications across multiple leading ERP/ eProcurement/ business application products (including leading SaaS/Cloud players) and enablers - allowing you to drive opportunities for yourself and Wipro while keeping your career ahead of the curve.
As COUPA Lead Consultant should demonstrate deep source to Pay knowledge with deep hands-on consulting background around COUPA, ARIBA based Procurement transformation in SaaS and ERP implementations
• Experience implementing COUPA in complex ERP (SAP/Oracle / Infor etc.) landscape is required
• Ariba and SAP SRM experience will offer a critical added advantage
• Candidate should be able to consult clients with complex business problems in Sourcing and Procurement - Ability to acquire, absorb, and apply complex business knowledge to problems quickly
• Conduct client workshops and translate business requirements into COUPA based design
• Design and optimize procurement processes utilizing best practices within client industry
• Client facing role, mainly with senior client stakeholders - activities include interacting, communicating, presenting and aligning with executive sponsors, leadership and other decision makers at the client
• Knowledge on these domain topics is important for the success of the role:
• Sourcing
• Contract Management
• Supplier Performance Management/ Supplier Risk Management
• Contingent Labor procurement
• Service Procurement
• Procurement - Indirect and Direct
• Invoice Management

Qualifications - Critical Skills
• At least 7 years of consulting experience in Source to Pay processes
• At least 2 to 4 years of deep hands-on consulting & implementation of COUPA and other SaaS products like Ariba, Ivalua, etc. (Upstream and Downstream Procurement)
• Proven track record of implementation success
• Experience in Process Modeling, Design, Implementation and fine tuning the solution
• Ability to operate effectively both autonomously and within a team-based environment, collaborating with the Practice Lead
• Solid critical thinking skills, including the ability to identify process improvement opportunities and effectively problem solve

The compensation range for base salary for this position is between 135,000 to 175,000 per annum. Depending on the band/level, the position will be eligible for benefits accordingly.
