Looking for an ADH to the overall delivery for a Canadian Airport. Client's trusted advisor overseeing successful delivery of IT projects and initiatives across service lines within FSC. Responsible for also driving delivery led growth within the account. This is a strategic role with 2 -in-a box positioning with Global Account Executive. This role typically requires a combination of excellent client management, technical expertise, and project management skills along with business development acumen serving customer delight. In addition to driving successful account management, it entails a special emphasis on excellence for an elevated delivery experience to the client across service lines. Assurance of right delivery solutions in a profitable manner is an integral part of the role. Key areas of expertise -

Key responsibilities

Delivery Excellence
  • Contractual compliance (right solution as proposed is deliver in a profitable manner)
  • Working closely to create new transformation agenda for the client.
  • Drive delivery excellence programs/initiatives to drive superior margins/client satisfaction.

Delivery Management
  • Client trusted advisor from an execution standpoint.
  • Manage key customer relationships (CSAT), deep dive on customer feedback and support.
  • Track delivery escalation & enable resolution.
  • Handling large teams across geographies

Delivery Operations
  • Owns end to end accountable for day-2-day operations/delivery.
  • Leads and manages overall delivery for the account in partnership with all tracks.
  • Drives account level forecasts, workforce strategy planning and execution.
  • Key KPI - NGA index | Pyramid | CSAT | Attrition | Rotation of talent | Automation & Continuous Optimization

Educational Background
  • Bachelor of Engineering (minimum)
  • Infrastructure & Cloud Certification
  • Specialization & Work Experience
  • 15+ years of experience
  • Experienced in managing large multi-disciplined delivery globally.
  • Must possess excellent client engagement & problem-solving skills.
  • Solid delivery experience in at least one or two Service Line offerings (Cloud & Infra - must; Apps or Engineering - optional)
  • Managed execution of large BAU cum Transformation program for a global client with annual revenue of USD 40Mn+
