MuleSoft Platform Support
- Periodic platform health check & RCA with API team.
- Incidents and issue troubleshooting for any API issue.
- Support MIM P2 incidents troubleshooting.
- Open firewall requests and connectivity validation/troubleshooting for new API connectivity.
- Access management support
- Mule Grafana dashboards maintenance and creation
- Mule Alerting configuration in Log Analytics
- Configure Alerting for new configuration
Mule Platform Automation - CI/CD:
- Automate any process in Mule via pipeline
- Provide support to the Mule CI/CD
- Support a new API Support Web App
Mule Blue/Green Prod deployments:
- Support the Green and Blue deployment and testing.
- Run Mule pipelines to deploy to Green and Blue
- Support the errors troubleshooting
- Support Switching
GoAnywhere Platform Support Operation:
DAY TO DAY ACTIVITIES:
- Incidents and issue troubleshooting for any APP issue.
- Support MIM P2 incidents troubleshooting.
- Troubleshooting in Lower environments for file transfers running in GoAnywhere
Alerting & Monitoring
- Access / ID creation for GA users
- RUN job deployments to GoAnywhere Production
- Support Spoke test in each App PROD deployment
- Provide support to the GoAnywhere pipelines CI/CD in lower environments and job execution scripts
- Test connectivity to source/destination systems where appropriate GoAnywhere Deployments
PERIODIC ACTIVITIES:
- Support GoAnywhere infrastructure (Azure capacity or Storage on Agent server)
- Support GoAnywhere Agents where appropriate
- Create and Renew certificates, SSH and PGP keys in GoAnywhere environments
- Apply GoAnywhere upgrades and patches
- Create and maintain GoAnywhere dashboards
- Develop an Alerting configuration for GoAnywhere
- GoAnywhere Platform Automation - CI/CD/Scripting/projects
- Automate process in GoAnywhere via pipeline
- Create Firewall forms for allowing inbound and outbound communication to the GoAnywhere platform with Azure and CCOE
- Support creation of firewall forms for accessing backend systems or ZSCALER with Verizon
- Support DR activities
Mandatory Skills: MuleSoft Platform Architecture .
Experience: 6-9 Years
Expected annual pay for this role ranges from $90,000 to $1,35,000 . Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
