  • Overall 10+ years of experience in integration development with 7+ years of experience on MuleSoft integration.
  • Engage with business and technology stakeholders to gather and analyze techno-functional requirements.
  • Translate business needs into technical solutions for integration projects.
  • Collaborate with enterprise architects and business analysts to define integration strategies.
  • Design end-to-end integration solutions using MuleSoft, Kafka, and other banking integration platforms.
  • Develop technical design documents (TDD) and integration architecture blueprints.
  • Ensure compliance with banking industry standards, security, and regulatory requirements.
  • Delegate development tasks to offshore teams and monitor progress.
  • Conduct technical reviews of code, mappings, and configurations.
  • Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of integration solutions.
  • Lead the development of APIs, event-driven architecture, and microservices-based integrations.
  • Optimize performance, scalability, and security of integration solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in production and non-production environments.
  • Apply domain knowledge in core banking, payments, compliance, and risk management.
  • Work closely with financial technology teams to enhance integration capabilities.
  • Must have MuleSoft certification (MuleSoft Certified Developer/Architect).
  • Preferred Kafka certification (Confluent Certified Developer/Administrator).
  • Banking & finance domain certifications (e.g., CFA, FRM, or relevant TD Bank compliance training) are a plus.
  • Follow Agile methodologies, DevOps practices, and CI/CD pipelines for integration projects.
  • Ensure adherence to client's integration governance frameworks.
  • 8+ years of experience in integration technologies, including MuleSoft, Kafka, and APIs.
  • 5+ years of experience in the banking and financial domain.
  • Strong expertise in REST/SOAP APIs, event-driven architecture, and cloud-native integrations.
  • Hands-on experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, API Gateway, DataWeave, and CloudHub.
  • Good understanding of security standards (OAuth, JWT, SAML) and compliance requirements in banking.
  • Strong experience in Agile methodologies and working with distributed teams.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills

Expected annual pay for this role ranges from $130,000 to $160,000 . Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
