Job Description
Role: Solution Lead
- Must have the ability to setup several servers on Linux and Windows Operating Systems.
- Must have understanding of Active Directory and other LDAP based directories is a must (This includes the ability to setup Domain Controllers, DNS servers, Mail Servers, (16) different LDAP Servers, Web and Application Servers etc.)
- Good to have - Understanding of CMP, LDAP, SCEP, EST, Radius, MDM, TLS Protocols. Understanding of network flows along with an ability to read Wireshark are a plus
- Good English communication skills (Speaking, writing and comprehension)
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- This team is responsible for sanitizing all information escalated to RND. Providing training, assistance to SIT team for unresolved issues. They perform replication efforts and have the ability to review, read and in some cases provide sample code for the PKI Team. They have in depth knowledge of both Entrust products, OS and 3rd party products that interact with Entrust
- This group often interacts with Sales (Technical), TAMs, CSMs Professional Services and Development
- Manage the ticket until resolution is achieved.
- Setup servers on Linux/Windows basis need
- Responsible for data gathering, troubleshooting, performing a full analysis of the issue.
- Interact with several verticals within the organization
