  • Building innovative solutions along with practice team
  • Engaging customers through presales support activities, proposal creation and sizing
  • End to end responsibility includes pre-bid and post-bid customer interactions until handover to delivery
  • Providing strategic inputs to the bid response, controlling the flow and approach
  • Guiding the technical architecture team with business perspective in designing a winnable solution
  • Interaction with business finance teams and delivery teams for effort estimation and pricing.
  • Interaction with product vendors and other strategic partners in all presale and post-sale activities
  • Overall responsibility for quality control, ensure MPT, SOW documents etc are in place
  • Working closely with sales team to generate funnel, revenue, order book tracking
  • Conduct workshops, participate in events, willing to travel at short notice to participate in all pre sales activity
  • Coordinate with organization BDMs, Practices and Account Managers to formulate accurate and timely response to RFP/RFIs
  • SOW verification / drafting and providing signoff to Transition Team to start Transition
  • Identifying the Risk in contract and highlighting the same
  • Involving at Proposal design stage and providing inputs to regional teams before PO signoff itself
  • Preparing Proposals for New RFP's which are pure SNXT Deals
  • Validating factoring and provide suggestions and alternate solutions if any, based on contracts
